Your Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the Nav SDK team in advancing our mapping and navigation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Mentoring and Development: Inspire and support engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Encouraging Collaboration: Cultivate an inclusive environment where data-driven decisions lead to success.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure that your team’s objectives align with broader company goals.
Product Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design the roadmap for our Maps SDKs.
Vision Shaping: Contribute significantly to the evolution of our rendering engines and overall business strategy.
