This position focuses on designing and enhancing tools, environments, and workflows that enable a fast, reliable feedback loop for approximately 400 engineers worldwide. What you will do Develop and refine the inner development loop, including daily workflows for writing, building, and testing code. Manage and improve the internal developer platform, self-service tools, and productivity metrics. Collaborate with the Cloud DX team, which handles CI/CD and production infrastructure, to support a seamless software development life cycle. Integrate AI into the software development process, enhancing workflows from code creation to debugging and testing. Team focus The Core DX team is responsible for the inner development loop and daily experience of AlphaSense engineers.
