In the UK, we provide a trusted national service to around 3,500 businesses, delivering delicious beverages and snacks to a variety of settings including offices, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily warehouse operations, prioritizing safety and cleanliness while ensuring accurate stock levels.Conduct stocktakes and manage stock transfers.Monitor and track product waste.Provide essential field support, including emergency assistance, stock deliveries, ad-hoc installations, and project work.Assist Area Leaders during peak holiday periods.Attend necessary training sessions as required.Ensure fleet vehicles are consistently maintained to high standards, including completing vehicle audits.Monitor and document vehicle weight for legal compliance.Conduct field audits of machines as necessary.Support the onboarding process for new starters, providing essential training including EdAPP, VISON, and Fleet Defense Modules.Provide holiday coverage for London drivers during specified weeks of the year.Department Functions and Reporting:Accurate and timely completion of required documentation.Collaboration with field teams and relevant depots to ensure outstanding service delivery.Facilitate communication between ASLs, team members, management, and other departments.Health and Safety Compliance:Adhere to all company and statutory health and safety regulations.Stay informed and comply with all health and safety protocols at customer sites.Wear appropriate PPE at all times where necessary.Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of your company vehicle according to company standards.
