We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our accounting operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Input invoices into SAP4HANA while ensuring accurate expense control through thorough verification and reconciliation of supporting documentation (POs, Agreements, Offers, etc.).Maintain accounting ledgers by recording G/L entries including bank transactions, depreciation, and accruals.Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.Prepare periodic reconciliations of Vendors’ and Customers’ ledgers.Oversee the company’s tax obligations, including managing Double Taxation Forms and Royalties.Assist the Accounting Manager with month-end and year-end closing processes.Support the Accounting Manager during audits (interim, fiscal, tax, VAT).Organize and maintain both physical and digital accounting records meticulously.Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.Assist with other accounting-related tasks as required.
