Microsoft Project is the primary tool for scheduling, so familiarity with it is essential. Attention to detail is important throughout daily tasks. Main responsibilities Create, update, and maintain detailed project status reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Assist in building and maintaining project plans and schedules in MS Project, including defining milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Monitor project performance against established timelines and baselines, and help evaluate corrective actions when needed.
