We are currently seeking passionate individuals for the position of Mini Bar Restocking Staff at our hotels in Crete:

Role Purpose
As a Mini Bar Restocking Staff member, you will work directly with your department supervisors to ensure the restocking, tidiness, and cleanliness of your station according to the operational standards of the Group.
Responsibilities
- Restock the mini bars in guest rooms with predetermined items, ensuring they are arranged according to the specified layout.
- Collaborate with the team and immediate supervisor to maintain a smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
- Promptly inform your supervisor of any problems or material shortages at your station.
- Receive supplies for distribution from the central warehouse and return any leftover items.
- Collect empty bottles (from offices and rooms), transport them to designated areas, and sort recyclable materials where necessary.
- Ensure organization, orderliness, and cleanliness of your station.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any customer requests.
- Participate in daily opening/closing preparations for the restaurant.
- Take part in the annual inventory of the department.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Knowledge and adherence to all hygiene & safety regulations.
- Valid Class B driving license.
- Very good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and PDA usage.
