Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Physics from a technical college, university, or graduate school. Practical experience in semiconductor front-end processes (CVD, Epi-CVD, WET, CMP). Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor engineering and proficiency in PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective communication skills, including the ability to liaise with various departments. Ability to perform duties in Japanese. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with epitaxial processes (Si, SiC, GaN). Background in film deposition (metal/insulating films), WET, or CMP process development/improvement. Experience in equipment introduction, setup, and evaluation for enhancing device performance and yield. Knowledge of material properties, chemical reactions, cleaning technologies, and solution/slurry management. Evaluation skills in film thickness, stress, mechanical strength, and crystallinity assessment (SEM, XRD). Experience with statistical methods (DOE, SPC, regression) for factor analysis and optimization. Certifications in chemical substance management, hazardous material handling, etc. Technical communication experience with vendors or overseas locations in English.
