The Team
As part of our 300-strong global delivery network, our Ho Chi Minh team collaborates with colleagues across India, Portugal, and the US. Together, we tackle exciting projects ranging from cloud migration to advanced analytics, ensuring operational excellence and agile delivery.
Your Role
- Monitor, manage, and resolve support incidents alongside the central Managed Services Helpdesk.
- Contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions and maintain associated documentation.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure client solutions align with technical and business objectives.
- Conduct both standardized and customized technical tasks for client environment support.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for clients.
- Perform technical and process analysis to gather information for issue resolution.
- Support consultants with design and specification development.
- Respond to functional and technical queries.
- Assist in designing and developing new products and tools.
- Resolve customer issues in line with our company values and objectives.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as necessary.
- Work across multiple time zones with teams and clients globally.
