Acting as a trusted advisor and technical liaison, the DSE will ensure smooth incident resolution, system stability, and ongoing improvements across customer environments.This position blends in-depth technical troubleshooting with strategic customer engagement, cross-departmental collaboration, and a commitment to operational excellence. The DSE specifically supports managed services customers, focusing on incident management, change control, compliance, and governance.Key Responsibilities1. Incident & Problem ManagementAct as the primary contact for customer-initiated incidents and service interruptions.Execute advanced troubleshooting across various platforms, including NICE, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, and others.Escalate complex issues to higher tiers or vendors and ensure resolution.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring problems and share findings with stakeholders.Guarantee all incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.2. Change & Release ManagementStrategize, test, and implement approved changes such as patches, upgrades, and configuration updates.Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, presenting impact and risk assessments.Document and prepare rollback strategies for critical changes.Keep detailed documentation and implementation guides up-to-date.3. Monitoring & Preventive MaintenanceOversee system health and NICE monitoring.Perform regular health checks and provide proactive reports to customers.Detect performance bottlenecks and initiate preventive measures.
