Leading and developing field service engineers is also a critical aspect of this position.Goals and ObjectivesStay updated on account goals, financial performance, personnel matters, and community concerns.Inspire and communicate effectively with team members to achieve superior results within budget and timelines.Continuously measure outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed.Regularly report on progress, issues, and opportunities to management.Aim to establish a professional service organization for ASM products in the region.Enhance organizational structure for better service delivery for both customers and ASM.Standardize processes and create guidelines for service operations.Foster an optimal environment for product support, including installation tools and procedures.Provide feedback to product teams to improve maintenance ease and uptime.Develop and implement new processes and procedures for efficiency.
