Establish and maintain baseline budgets and schedules for assigned projects while conducting cost tracking and schedule maintenance using tools such as MS Project or P6. Support marketing and business development efforts by forecasting potential work on existing contracts and identifying new opportunities. Review project operations to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of tasks. Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees, overseeing their professional development and maintaining staff competence. Report directly to the Regional Manager.
