This is a full-time position reporting to the Escrow Manager for your market. We welcome applicants from various locations, including Phoenix, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio. Key Responsibilities: Proactively pursue new business opportunities by participating in sales meetings, real estate events, and escrow and management meetings, while engaging with lending and banking partners to enhance the capture rate. Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements, and all related settlement documents per lender and buyer/seller instructions. Effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments including Customer Experience, Brokerage, Contract Operations, and Funding to swiftly address and resolve any title process issues to prevent delays. Ensure clear title by rectifying title defects, addressing existing liens and encumbrances against properties or principals, and confirming proper vesting.
