Skin Laundry seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its Uptown Houston clinic. This position focuses on creating a welcoming environment and helping clients understand Skin Laundry’s skincare services and products. Sales Associates contribute to the clinic’s growth by combining client education, consultative sales, and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and explain available services, memberships, and products in detail.
- Use consultative sales techniques to drive purchases and manage appointment bookings.
- Oversee check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Help maintain a clean, organized clinic space.
- Follow cash handling procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to support collaboration.
Schedule and Availability
- Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are required.
- Commitment to a four-day work week.
- Flexibility to work during clinic hours, which may change.
- Ability to follow a schedule set 60 days in advance.
Additional Duties
- Participate in promotional events and in-clinic activities.
- Assist with inventory and merchandising tasks as needed.
- Cover shifts for teammates to help maintain smooth operations.
