Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through personalized outreach, social media engagement, referrals, online leads, and walk-ins, establishing yourself as a trusted local authority for luxury vehicles.
- Greet clients with a professional attitude that embodies the elegance of our brand and dealership.
- Conduct customized vehicle presentations and test drives that highlight advanced features, performance capabilities, and cutting-edge technology.
- Stay informed about all models, trims, and current incentives, serving as a knowledgeable resource for both clients and your team.
- Assist clients throughout the entire purchasing journey, including trade-in evaluations and discussions on financing, leasing options, and protection plans.
- Collaborate closely with our Finance & Insurance (F&I) specialists to close deals and ensure a seamless, high-touch closing experience.
- Engage in negotiations with integrity and transparency, prioritizing both customer satisfaction and dealership success.
- Provide personalized follow-up after sales to ensure client satisfaction, foster ongoing relationships, and encourage future referrals and business.
- Develop a loyal client base by delivering an extraordinary experience that encourages repeat business and recommendations in the luxury market.
