Job Title: Senior Associate, Client Services Operations
Duration: Full Time
Location: Houston, TX
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison for external clients, adeptly resolving complex day-to-day operational challenges associated with structured debt and CLO transactions.
• Assist clients in tackling and rectifying intricate operational, reporting, and technical issues, ensuring precision and timeliness in the execution of client requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inquiries, facilitate escalations, and deliver effective solutions.
• Equip assigned clients with comprehensive information regarding products and services across diverse business lines and geographies, drawing on a robust understanding of the broader platform.
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Preferred 5-7 years of overall work experience, particularly in structured debt, CLOs, or related credit products.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and judgment, with the capacity to analyze complex information and provide high-quality service to a specialized clientele.
• Strong client service and communication abilities, with experience engaging directly with external clients.
• Experience in Client Operations and/or Client Reporting within the financial services sector is strongly preferred.
• A background in Corporate Trust is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CLO/CDO is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SOLVAS is strongly preferred.
• A background in finance, accounting, compliance, reporting, and/or reconciliation is highly desirable.
• This role does not include direct reports but involves providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
