This pivotal role includes coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting flight operations both domestically and internationally. You will be instrumental in pre- and post-operation procedures, providing critical insights to engineering and business development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee logistics for field operations, including the transportation and deployment of testing equipment and personnel.Coordinate domestic and international shipping and receiving of essential UAS components and operational gear.Conduct pre-deployment safety briefings and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) training to ensure team preparedness.Implement best-practice safety and logistics protocols during field operations to uphold compliance and operational integrity.Assist in executing post-manufacturing flight acceptance checklists to confirm platform readiness.Collaborate with the Flight Operations team to support flights in diverse domestic and international environments.Document and relay significant engineering observations and business development insights from field tests to facilitate platform enhancements.Resolve logistical and operational challenges in real-time to guarantee mission success under varying conditions.Manage field procurement to acquire necessary resources and equipment for testing and demonstrations.

Role overview The Final Integration Technician will fabricate pilot and pre-production assemblies, working with high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies. The role requires managing assigned projects independently and adapting to changing priorities each day. Attention to cleanliness and safety is essential, following 5S practices and company protocols. What you will do Fabricate assemblies using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for key components, including high-voltage and electromechanical systems. Manage projects independently and adjust to shifting daily tasks. Maintain workspace organization and safety through 5S best practices and adherence to safety procedures. Conduct line trials for new products and processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets. Identify assembly challenges, support process improvements, and lead Kaizen events when needed. Assemble hardware for test stands, ensuring thorough documentation for both components and full assemblies. Perform teardown and validation testing for new equipment and testers across production lines. Support engineers in diagnosing quality issues and test failures.
