Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions: Oversee daily operations of the mobile phlebotomy team to guarantee the completion and accuracy of all tasks.Provide coaching and training to mobile phlebotomists on company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with senior management, including the President and Lab Manager, to ensure departmental performance exceeds company standards and to make recommendations based on observed trends.Work closely with Human Resources regarding employee disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and other personnel matters.Efficiently collect samples, including blood and swabs, according to facility requirements.Ensure all samples are properly labeled and correspond with the requisition information, including all pickup samples.Comply with all safety and health regulations while working in facilities and during travel, ensuring adherence to PHI and PPE requirements.Complete all necessary documentation during scheduled work hours, including phlebotomy orders and mileage.Prepare samples adequately for transport and coordinate their delivery to the laboratory or courier.Collaborate with various internal departments as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.Schedule and confirm daily assignments.Strategically reassign duties to manage callouts and approved time off (PTO).Be available in the field as required. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise all Mobile Phlebotomists. Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED; three to five years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. • A minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience is essential. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations • Phlebotomy Certification is mandatory. Skills and Abilities • Proven leadership skills and competencies. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word).
