The Customer Service Representative I plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This involves meticulously documenting customer interactions and transactions, efficiently processing quotes and orders, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries, all while reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients, products, and services offered by the organization.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Process orders received via phone, fax, and email in a timely manner, adhering to all cut-off times.
- Conduct data entry for orders to ensure accurate production scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding expected delivery dates and times.
