Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in furthering Braeburn's mission by equipping Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with essential knowledge about our products and associated access resources. This position is crucial in ensuring HCPs are well-informed regarding clinical product details and the processes for product acquisition when making independent treatment choices for their patients.
The Key Account Manager will strive to meet sales goals by delivering comprehensive clinical product information and facilitating access-related insights in accordance with company policies. Success in this role requires a strong capability to achieve sales targets while effectively educating on product procurement, payer policies, and reimbursement options.
Key competencies for the Key Account Manager include Accountability, Adaptability, Business Acumen, Judgment, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Urgency, Decision Making, and Integrity. Candidates must demonstrate experience within complex distribution models such as Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution.

Specific Duties:
- Achieve established Braeburn goals and objectives for patient access to products within the designated geography.
- Exhibit mastery of sales competencies, including Business Acumen: Analyze and interpret data to plan and execute territory activities that meet quarterly and annual objectives.
