While our current systems perform effectively, increasing usage necessitates improvements in deployment reliability, observability, infrastructure consistency, and the overall developer experience. This role is designed to proactively strengthen our foundations to meet future demands.We are looking for a seasoned engineer capable of enhancing the reliability, scalability, and developer experience of our AWS-based platform while also contributing to the internal tools and interfaces utilized daily by our underwriting and risk teams. This engineer should possess a product-centric mindset and be comfortable navigating the entire stack, with primary strengths in infrastructure, followed by front-end tools and backend systems.
