In this role, you will guide and develop a dynamic team of recruiting professionals while collaborating closely with senior leadership to establish scalable hiring processes that align with our expansive growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically develop and implement a talent acquisition blueprint that aligns with the company’s business goals and workforce planning needs.
Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing talent acquisition team.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers on all talent-related matters.
Establish and monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate) and deliver regular reports to leadership.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all organizational levels, including executive and challenging-to-fill roles.
Continuously refine recruiting processes, workflows, and enhance candidate experiences.
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting vendors.
Enhance a structured onboarding experience that ensures new hires are set up for success from day one, ensuring consistency with company culture and role-specific expectations.
Develop and manage a robust internship and early career program to create a pipeline for full-time talent, establishing partnerships with educational institutions to attract emerging talent.
