We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Administrator II / Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver essential loan administration services for both moderate to complex permanent commercial real estate loans and commercial business loans, depending on departmental needs. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all documentation adheres to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Preparation (70%): You will be responsible for preparing loan documentation that accurately reflects approved loan terms, ensures compliance with Bank Policies, and meets the operational requirements of the Bank’s system. This includes coordinating document negotiations among borrowers, attorneys, and account offices. You will also manage the delivery of executable loan documents, ensuring timely communication with all external parties, including legal, title, and escrow.
Loan Closing (15%): Your expertise will be vital in reviewing executed loan documents for proper signatures and notarization. You will prepare closing instructions and handle the transmission of loan documents for title and escrow recording. Additionally, you will ensure that all pre-closing requirements are met and coordinate any necessary waivers.
Miscellaneous Duties (15%): You should possess strong knowledge of commercial real estate and documentation, along with experience in utilizing automated documentation systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
