Role Overview: Loan Officer Assistant (Irvine, CA) This hybrid position combines responsibilities as a Loan Officer Assistant with direct support for a high-performing Loan Officer. The role is not strictly administrative, nor is it a full origination position. Instead, it centers on early-stage client acquisition, managing new relationships, and keeping the sales pipeline active. Once a loan file moves to processing, a Mortgage Loan Partner takes over, allowing this role to focus on building new business and supporting the Loan Officer’s growth efforts. This is an in-office position based in Irvine, California. What the Day Looks Like Morning Routine Review the active loan pipeline and flag any pre-submission files that need attention. Connect with borrowers and realtors to provide status updates and clarify next steps. Collect required documentation and confirm pre-approval files are ready for submission.
