Develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for best practices in advancing Personal Injury cases. Perform legal research, manage files, and oversee case progression activities. Prepare witnesses for trial and coordinate necessary pre-trial and trial activities. Contact parties and witnesses regarding trial dates and liaise with attorneys on appearances and testimonies. Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and innovative problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. Contribute to team initiatives, establishing shared standards and fostering a positive department culture.
