The Role:
As we embark on enhancing our partner ecosystem, Compa is seeking a Partnerships Manager who will be instrumental in shaping our partner strategy from its inception. You will collaborate closely with Compa's leadership, go-to-market teams, and the sales, product, and executive leaders of our partners to drive revenue, enhance customer experiences, and facilitate impactful product integrations. This position is highly visible, cross-functional, and influential, perfect for an individual eager to build, scale, and manage a world-class partner program.
Act as the primary liaison and Compa expert for designated partners.
Empower partners to effectively market and position Compa through comprehensive training, resources, and co-selling initiatives.
Generate pipeline and revenue via partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
Oversee and facilitate co-selling activities, including joint events, meetings, and introductions to account executives.
Identify, prioritize, and manage high-impact product integrations with partners.
Collaborate with internal product and partner teams to deliver, refine, and expand integrations.
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance partner relationships and drive mutual success.
