The goal is to bolster clinical reasoning, test-taking tactics, and overall academic performance.This position is perfect for passionate educators and healthcare professionals who thrive in a structured, results-oriented academic environment and enjoy directly engaging with students to foster their success.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Engagement & Academic CoachingDeliver personalized and small-group coaching sessions aimed at optimizing NCLEX readiness.Conduct focused tutoring and structured workshops that enhance test-taking strategies and clinical reasoning skills.Encourage reflective learning and the development of critical thinking abilities among students.Assist students in creating effective study plans and cultivating positive academic habits.ATI Resource Management & Academic SupportOversee the implementation of ATI resources for designated cohorts, including account management and performance analysis.Create NCLEX-aligned study materials and structured remediation content.Facilitate participation in ATI Capstone and Virtual ATI in collaboration with faculty members.Encourage consistent utilization of ATI resources throughout the curriculum.Data Analysis & Remediation StrategyExamine ATI performance reports and internal assessments to identify gaps in learning and emerging trends.Design and execute data-driven remediation plans aligned with course objectives and NCLEX testing requirements.Track student progress towards NCLEX readiness benchmarks, such as achieving a Virtual ATI “Green Light” status.Proactively intervene when performance metrics indicate potential risks.Collaboration & Program DevelopmentWork alongside faculty to reinforce ATI integration in classroom and clinical settings.Provide supplementary instruction that aligns with established course content as needed.Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing NCLEX success rates.Maintain precise records of student engagement, remediation efforts, and academic progress.
