The Senior Expert in Customer Value Management (CVM) & Contextual Marketing will guide the shift from traditional CVM to AI-powered, real-time contextual marketing. This position focuses on building and managing a sophisticated marketing ecosystem using modern MarTech, data science, and automation. This role goes beyond campaign management. It involves leading marketing execution across digital and traditional channels, while developing next-generation strategies for personalized, lifecycle-driven customer engagement. What You Will Do Strategic Leadership & Growth Management Develop and execute CVM and contextual marketing strategies that support Teknosys’s key business goals. Oversee a portfolio with responsibility for revenue growth, customer lifecycle optimization, churn reduction, and improved engagement and retention. Create scalable frameworks to support hyper-personalized customer journeys. MarTech Architecture & Technical Implementation Lead the rollout and ongoing improvement of the MarTech stack, including campaign management systems, Customer Data Platforms, and journey orchestration tools. Coordinate API integrations across internal systems (such as billing, CRM, app, web) and external platforms. Support real-time decision-making through event-driven architectures. Oversee development of rule-engine logic for dynamic segmentation and trigger-based campaigns. Work with engineering teams to ensure workflows are scalable, fast, and maintain data integrity across all systems. Data Science & Advanced Analytics Collaborate with data teams to design and deploy propensity models, churn prediction models, and next-best-action engines. Translate analytical findings into practical marketing strategies. Champion the use of AI/ML-driven personalization at scale. Governance & Operational Excellence Set up and maintain frameworks for campaign governance. Ensure compliance with data privacy standards, communication frequency policies, and customer experience guidelines. Develop structured processes for campaign approval, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

Support inventory management. Perform NMS health checks. Manage site database. Handle service requests. Conduct health checks on various platforms and tools. Key Deliverables: Report on multiple sites down or fluctuations. Document outages or fluctuations due to power breakdowns or adverse weather conditions. Report BSC/RNC alarms. Monitor Huawei battery alarms and ATPs. Create trouble tickets for individual site issues (e.g., Telco alarms, fluctuations, prolonged outages). Conduct Netcool health checks for auto escalations. Manage preventive maintenance processes as custodians of the end-to-end system. Maintain the database through the inventory management portal. Handle site lock/unlock requests according to SOP. Support field teams for network planned activities. Audit and maintain NOC Live App. Conduct corrective maintenance and generate daily reports.
