Key Responsibilities
- Technical Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier talent across various teams , this constitutes 80% of the role.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- HR Strategy Implementation: Design and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with our organizational goals.
- Operational Coordination: Manage communications with administrative staff, partners, and collaborators, while ensuring smooth office logistics.
- Performance Management: Assist management during employee performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sourcing high-caliber tech talent.
- A versatile team player who embraces diverse responsibilities.
- Experience in startups or rapidly growing companies within the HR domain.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is essential for success in this role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Workable, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and data analysis.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT to boost productivity and skills.
