This position is designated as Hybrid. You will primarily work remotely, but in-office attendance is required at least two days a week, along with occasional onsite visits to client locations in Seattle and surrounding areas. Willingness to travel onsite is essential.
As a Systems Analyst, you will demonstrate strong expertise in desktop operating systems, possess a solid understanding of server operating systems and networking, and be driven to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients. Effective communication skills are critical as you will be translating complex technology concepts for end users with varying technical backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage escalated support tickets, addressing break/fix issues, application installations, and user-level settings configuration.
- Engage in server administration, networking, and security tasks, such as:
- Establishing new Hyper-V hosts
- Troubleshooting and deploying SonicWall firewalls
- Overseeing Datto networking switches and access points
- Providing support for modern technologies utilized in client environments
- Deliver onsite support for networking and server deployments, mentoring Level One technicians as needed.
- Utilize the ticketing system to document, track, and escalate tickets, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Maintain and refresh the documentation platform to keep all procedures and client information current.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide exceptional service to clients, both remotely and onsite, ensuring a professional and positive support experience.
