The Media Futures Group (MFG) is a dedicated team committed to providing Google with a more strategic, creative, and integrated media approach aimed at driving superior business outcomes.
The MFG team comprises top-tier digital, offline, and integrated media professionals who collaborate to enhance media's contribution to Google's business, supported by EssenceMediacom and other parts of GroupM globally.
About the Role
As part of the Media Futures Group (MFG) APAC activation team, you will play a key role in the tactical planning, setup, and execution of social media campaigns across various countries utilizing a self-service advertising platform (such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube). The Media Activation team’s expertise in each channel ensures that its recommendations are consistently outstanding and innovative, while maximizing channel performance and data integrity. This position focuses on the Social team within the Media Activation team.
Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited To:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management from client briefing to channel planning (including budget, forecasting, audience targeting, and format), execution (managing trafficking and offshore teams), quality assurance, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their key channel expert.
- Cultivate robust partnerships with social publishers, acting as their primary point of contact from MFG.
- Communicate effectively with clients on topics beyond your immediate responsibilities, providing insights and support as needed.
