This is a regional position, and candidates should reside in the Jefferson City, Missouri area.Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment.Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency call-out services.Complete daily work reports accurately and in a timely manner.Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.Core ExperienceMust possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred).Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.
