As a Business Manager at Amartha, you will oversee the comprehensive management and monitoring of our Point Office/Branch in Jembrana. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the growth and quality of the portfolio aligns with Amartha's established objectives and targets.
- Driving optimal staff performance through capacity development planning, work method monitoring, and conflict management.
- Overseeing recruitment, service delivery, and partner support in accordance with SOPs and regulations to maintain partner satisfaction.
- Evaluating, validating, and approving financing applications based on SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility.
- Optimizing branch repayment rates.
- Managing and strategizing the overall operational processes in the field, including expansion, financing, recruitment, service, and partner assistance for your branch.
- Handling all branch office administration.
- Ensuring that operational policies and procedures are effectively followed and adhered to within the branch.
