Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative who will play a key role in enhancing our sales pipeline across our Tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI product offerings. This mid-level position demands proficiency in outbound prospecting, a knack for selling technical solutions, and the ability to effectively engage decision-makers in dynamic B2B settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Assess both inbound and outbound leads to discover sales-ready opportunities
- Inform prospects about our SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI solutions
- Coordinate qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives
- Investigate target accounts and pinpoint essential stakeholders
- Ensure precise CRM record-keeping and pipeline management
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience in remote work, with proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
- Experience collaborating with US or UK-based companies
- Track record of success in outbound prospecting and meeting quota targets
- Experience selling or supporting SaaS products
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech, cybersecurity, FinTech, or AI-driven platforms
- Proficiency in selling to technical or executive-level stakeholders
- Understanding of account-based sales strategies
Tools & Technology
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience using sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
