This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the manufacturing team and maintaining high-quality standards in our operations.Reports to: Manufacturing SupervisorLocation: Johnson City, TNSchedule: 4x12 Weekday NightsHours: Monday-Thursday 6PM-6AMKey Responsibilities:Support the Manufacturing Supervisor in daily operational duties within the manufacturing department.Assist in the preparation and mixing of chemical components according to specified recipes, meticulously documenting each batch.Participate in all aspects of product production, adhering to established batch records.Maintain accurate journal logbooks for production activities.Ensure all utensils are thoroughly cleaned after use.Keep the workspace organized and tidy.Facilitate a smooth production process by providing assistance on the production line as needed.Conduct monthly inventory checks of chemicals and raw materials in the manufacturing area for accurate inventory control.Assist in other departments or areas as required.Comply with all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

Location: Johnson City, TN Manufacturing Plant Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Overtime as needed Core Responsibilities: Operate on the assembly line to fill various containers with products, engaging in repetitive tasks such as capping containers and packing finished items into shipping cases. Label products accurately. Prepare cartons for production by unfolding and organizing materials. Insert tubes and product inserts into cartons as they progress along the conveyor belt. Assemble shipping cases, ensuring they are securely taped and ready for dispatch. Verify lot numbers and expiration dates on containers. Package all completed products and transfer them to the staging area. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Communicate any production-related issues to the lead or supervisor. Assist in other departments as required. Adhere to all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential. Must possess a strong quality orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment: Employee will frequently work around moving mechanical parts in a loud environment. Physical Demands: The role requires remaining in a stationary position, with constant movement and the use of limbs; good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina are essential.
