Participants will engage in a structured upskilling program alongside hands-on involvement in real-world projects that meet international delivery standards.Throughout the program, apprentices will collaborate with seasoned engineers, receive continuous feedback, and implement best practices in a professional environment. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time positions based on performance and business needs. The training will cover various specializations, including Data Engineering, Python Backend with AI Application Development, Java Backend, JavaScript Full Stack, and DevOps.Engagement Type: Onsite Full-time Paid ApprenticeshipDuration: 4 months of upskilling coupled with real-world project exposure from Monday to Friday (10 hours per day)
