Amartha is on the lookout for a seasoned Business Manager (Team Leader) to oversee and guide our dedicated employees in Kandangan. This pivotal role involves ensuring operational efficiency and establishing forward-looking strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and target achievements of the marketing/business partner team.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets.
- Manage business processes regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), both administratively and in the field.
- Oversee the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
- Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts according to company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 members.
- Minimum of 2 years in Microfinance as a Manager (experience with Grameen Financial Institutions preferred).
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies collaboratively to achieve targets.
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
- Willingness to be placed in Kandangan, Temanggung.
