Standardize project management tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms using platforms such as Jira, MS Project, or similar tools. Ensure all initiatives align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience standards. Requirements Deep understanding of PMO frameworks, including PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid approaches. Proven experience leading large-scale banking transformation projects in regulated environments.
