- Collaborate with operations managers to create business proposals that align with customer needs and expectations, ensuring clear communication of deliverables and benefits to decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals that address customer needs and demonstrate value using a consultative selling approach.
- Utilize persuasive skills to convince decision-makers of the value presented in proposals and successfully close sales.
- Oversee customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving issues in alignment with the company's service delivery philosophy.
- Manage a smooth transition for new customers, ensuring ongoing account maintenance and growth.
- Prepare necessary sales activity reports in the CRM and maintain expense reports accurately.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of sales achievements.
