With our headquarters in Dublin, we undertake projects across Europe and have established ourselves as the most reliable name in the industry.We are excited to announce an opening for a Civil and Structural Package Manager to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the coordination of Civil and Structural work packages.Implement and manage site quality assurance in collaboration with the project team.Work closely with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers/architects to manage the project schedule effectively.Direct all daily site operations to ensure seamless execution.Monitor subcontractor activities, tracking progress against the schedule and manpower levels; conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors.Maintain up-to-date subcontractor documentation, including safety records, for future reference.Participate in site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning, coordination meetings, and handover meetings.Collaborate with the design team and project coordinator to prioritize and issue necessary information in line with the construction schedule.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design and development challenges.Provide regular reports to the project team.Conduct weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are captured and costs communicated to the client.Review drawings and setting out details, ensuring builders works drawings for services are incorporated as required.Manage the distribution and close-out of CSA snags.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.Minimum of 7 years of experience in the CSA industry.Proven expertise in managing specific CSA packages is essential.Ability to maintain a holistic view of entire projects while addressing intricate technical details.Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.Demonstrated capability in effectively managing teams.Experience in delivering large-scale projects is a must.Benefits:Engagement in large-scale data center projects.Collaborative team working environment.Support for career progression and development.Competitive salary packages.Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer.

This pivotal role will oversee the delivery of commissioning activities for significant data centre projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.Reporting To: Commissioning LeadThe Cx Manager will serve as the primary liaison, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a perfect blend of technical expertise and project management capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor Commissioning Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.Define commissioning work scopes, managing execution in alignment with the established commissioning strategy and timeline.Track progress against commissioning milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Effectively communicate commissioning schedules, milestones, and priorities to internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.Act as a crucial point of contact with client stakeholders for all commissioning activities.Facilitate thorough design reviews for both CFCI and OFCI work packages.Ensure all design, system, and process inquiries are formally documented and addressed with system designers and client teams.Oversee the M&E Commissioning Programme, including tracking milestones, sequencing, and reporting.Guarantee adherence to contract specifications, commissioning procedures, and project standards.Plan and coordinate Vendor FATs and FWTs, attending as necessary.Manage commissioning scopes for both CFCI and OFCI vendors.Maintain clear communication with all commissioning stakeholders.Participate in daily and weekly commissioning meetings (both internal and client-facing).Prepare, update, and submit commissioning progress and technical reports to management.Collaborate closely with the Project QA/QC Department to meet quality objectives.Oversee the preparation, submission, review, and approval of commissioning documentation, including test scripts and compliance statements.Ensure commissioning documentation is thoroughly reviewed and approved, facilitating the required commissioning level and final handover.

As a Civil Works Manager, you will be at the forefront of coordinating civil work packages for our cutting-edge hyperscale project. You will lead a dedicated team of over 20 professionals, including package managers, design managers, engineers, and site supervisors.Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing a project team of 20+ professionals.Supporting the management of 10+ subcontractors with a total package value exceeding €100 million.Ensuring that the contractor’s design elements are executed correctly and that all necessary approvals are secured prior to on-site construction.Ensuring compliance with BIM processes among subcontractors under your supervision.Managing site safety in collaboration with safety personnel, including setup, management, and closeout.Overseeing site quality assurance in collaboration with the project team.Coordinating the project schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers/architects to meet client specifications.
