Join Septeo as an HRIS Project Consultant and take charge of:
- Leading the full implementation of our HRIS solution, mpleo, tailored to meet the specific HR needs of our clients.
- Evaluating current HR processes and advising clients on best practices and suitable solutions.
- Configuring and customizing the functionalities of mpleo software to align with identified operational needs.
- Training HR users on how to effectively utilize our application.
- Managing a diverse client portfolio and serving as their primary contact for software-related inquiries.
- Creating customized reports and overseeing the implementation progress.
- Coordinating projects with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participating in internal discussions aimed at continuous improvement and new feature development.
- Collaborating within a team in a supportive environment that encourages sharing of best practices and expertise.
- Regularly visiting clients for close support and interaction.
- Working flexibly from the office or home while managing your time effectively and autonomously.
