Foster a vibrant team atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain high staff morale.Oversee prompt and courteous service for all dining and room service orders.Ensure positive guest interactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all guest areas.Be present on the floor during meal periods to monitor service quality and support staff effectively.Assist in seating arrangements, serving processes, and communication with the kitchen for seamless operations.Guarantee that only premium quality food and beverages are served to guests.Manage shift openings and closings in line with the Manager’s Checklist.Implement effective revenue control and check handling procedures during shifts.Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for all staff and guests.Prepare and manage operational tools including schedules, floor plans, reservations, and check controls.Address operational challenges, such as staff call-outs and last-minute bookings, efficiently.Supervise adherence to grooming and uniform standards among staff.Support repair and maintenance initiatives through work orders and inspections.Ensure fair station rotations and manage daily associate relations, including scheduling and time adjustments.Assist team members with their performance to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.Facilitate and implement training programs for new and existing staff.Encourage problem-solving and empower associates with guidance and training.Maintain consistent counseling and disciplinary measures following company policies.Propose new ideas, incentive programs, and operational enhancements to improve performance.Ensure compliance with Anantara Service Standards at all times.
