As an Inbound Tech Support Executive, your primary responsibility will involve assisting customers with various computer-related software issues. These issues include pop-up calls, error code messages, antivirus problems, and troubleshooting activation locks on devices such as Mac laptops, iPads, and iPhones. You will need to effectively diagnose the issues and charge customers accordingly for the resolutions provided.
