We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Adeeba E Services as an Inbound Voice Tech Support Executive. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers experiencing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing technical problems, providing effective solutions, and promoting our technical support plans and relevant software.
Candidate Profile:
• A minimum of 8 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support is required.
• Proven ability to close calls independently.
• Excellent convincing skills in English (Mandatory).
• Experience in handling calls related to printers, routers, and antivirus software.
