We will ensure you are well-acquainted with our systems.You will make necessary adjustments and troubleshoot issues within the application landscape, assisting in identifying errors and forwarding them to the appropriate key user or support team.You will collaborate with PMs and analysts to clearly understand customer needs (both internal and external).You will conduct daily checks and provide configurations based on your experiences.You will be the go-to person for understanding how the applications you manage function, enabling you to analyze potential issues based on tickets and monitoring.You will oversee the testing process and take necessary actions during the go-live phase. After go-live, you will continue to monitor and aid in transitioning support activities to the support team, ensuring that documentation remains up-to-date.You will work from home two days a week, with the other days spent in Kontich or Heverlee (Leuven). Occasionally, travel to our offices in Den Bosch and Waalre (NL) will be necessary.
