Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager focused on platform activation in Social, Search, and Programmatic media. This pivotal role involves executing cohesive media strategies, optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring alignment with specific objectives. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in biddable media platforms, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and communication regarding tactical plans and performance metrics. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams of strategic planners, performance media buyers, and analytics specialists.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the planning team to create media plans across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns with the buying team for peak performance and efficiency.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Partner with analytics and media buying teams to interpret data and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee budgets and timelines for media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Simplify complex media terminology and concepts into easily digestible language for clients.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exemplary service.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in Social, Search, and Programmatic media.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine strategies and tactics.
