- Drive the strategic planning and implementation of innovative digital marketing initiatives to effectively promote Supermart's services to our valued customers.
- Oversee the planning, organization, and management of email campaigns, events, social media platforms, and creative content aligned with our marketing calendar to enhance website traffic and boost conversions.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through digital channels including SEO, email marketing, affiliate partnerships, and social media, ensuring optimal customer engagement.
- Analyze ongoing marketing efforts to identify enhancements that can elevate revenue, increase brand visibility, and improve the customer experience, and implement these enhancements accordingly.
- Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Accountable for achieving and surpassing marketing revenue goals, formulating actionable plans to address any revenue shortfalls.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to provide strategic recommendations for marketing activities.
- Assess and analyze the effectiveness of both online and offline marketing campaigns, including email promotions, events, SEO initiatives, and affiliate programs, to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes on the company website.
- Conduct keyword research aligned with Supermart's business objectives to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities.
- Offer SEO insights and recommendations to enhance website structure and content elements.
- Develop and manage content strategies in line with SEO goals, both general and keyword-specific.
- Assist in creating engaging marketing content for social media, including customer testimonials, case studies, and blog articles.
