As a Lead Technical Sales Specialist at Selfa, you will experience a dynamic blend of strategic planning, customer engagement, and technical expertise each day. Your day may begin with a review of your sales pipeline and strategizing follow-ups on leads generated from digital campaigns or industry events. Shortly after, you’ll find yourself on a client call, expertly addressing the calibration or asset monitoring requirements of a manufacturing plant and proposing tailored service packages.
During midday, you will collaborate with the technical operations team to scope solutions or refine proposals, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery capabilities. You will frequently prepare or adjust commercial quotations, engage in virtual meetings with procurement teams, or visit key client sites alongside technicians to assess equipment needs.
Throughout the day, you will keep an eye on CRM updates, track sales performance metrics, and compile weekly reports for the CEO. You will also analyze competitor offerings and follow up on service performance to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
By the end of the day, you will close out opportunities, collaborate with marketing on outreach materials, and schedule calls or demos for the upcoming week. While no two days will be the same, each day will contribute to the sustainable growth of our business.
