Key Responsibilities:• As a Product Designer, your core mission is to champion the customer experience (CX).• You will diligently analyze customer pain points and strive to enhance the CX to be more effective, enjoyable, and accessible.• Collaboration across teams is essential; you will coordinate with product managers to incorporate customer insights and align with the product roadmap, working closely with engineering to implement designs and solutions.• Define design specifications based on insights gathered from internal teams and user research.• Develop concepts and wireframes, delivering high-quality designs and prototypes through rigorous testing, experimentation, and development.• Articulate and defend your design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.• Adhere to an existing design system while exercising creativity to advance its evolution.• Continuously contribute innovative, impactful ideas and elevate the design standards at Educative.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design, preferably with complex or enterprise-level software.• A degree in Visual Communication Design, User Experience, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, or Computer Science with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.• Proficient in UX research methodologies, with the ability to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative feedback.• Demonstrated expertise in all stages of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.• Strong visual design sensibility and a collaborative spirit to support fellow designers.• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• A diverse portfolio that highlights your advanced interaction and visual design capabilities.• A strong passion for design, with a tendency to challenge the status quo and seek continuous improvement.• Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities.• Outstanding documentation, presentation, and communication skills, allowing you to clearly convey your design vision and rationale to diverse audiences, from peers to executives.
