Role Overview: Operations Manager - 2nd Shift
Based in Las Vegas, NV, the Operations Manager (2nd Shift) leads a large team at the Inspection Center. This role oversees the vehicle reconditioning process, managing at least five leads and up to 70 front-line associates. The position focuses on daily operations, people leadership, and continuous improvement within a lean manufacturing environment. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining quality, production, and cost targets while building a culture of engagement and growth.

Main Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations at the Inspection Center.
- Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to support their professional development.
- Work on strategic planning to align with company goals.
- Maintain compliance with operational standards, policies, and performance metrics.
- Promote positive communication and teamwork in line with company values.
- Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees to strengthen the supervisory team.
- Oversee training and certification processes for employee advancement.
- Provide constructive, competency-based feedback to leads and associates.
- Support production planning to ensure each line maintains adequate capacity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
- Offer strategic guidance to improve operational efficiency.
