Role overview
The Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor ensures compliance and accuracy across revenue cycle management functions, including Collections, Verification of Benefits (VOB), and Utilization Review (UR). This position conducts audits, reviews adherence to standard operating procedures, and identifies recurring errors. The QA Auditor collaborates with leadership to strengthen process quality, support training initiatives, and encourage consistent performance.
